1 - ACCEPTANCE:

2 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED:

6 - RETRACTATION:

Non-professional buyers benefit from a withdrawal period of seven days from the delivery of their order to return (re-shipment costs at their expense) the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty. 7 - WARRANTIES:

Mods manufactured and sold by Kaser Mods are guaranteed for 3 months parts and labor from the shipment of the product. Drip tips and accessories manufactured and sold by Kaser Mods are not guaranteed.

All other products considered as consumable are excluded from the warranty.

It is obvious that if a consumer receives a product which, despite our scrupulous verification, does not work correctly when it is started up, we exchange it immediately. However, he must return the defective product to us at his expense.

In the event of non-compliance, the products sold may be returned to Kaser Mods after its agreement, which will take it back, exchange it or refund it (depending on available stock).
